The Beachfront Lounge Pod is built to live at the water’s edge. The 4.5-meter curved glass wall faces the ocean, with electrochromic tinting that darkens automatically against glare. The arched aluminum roof extends 1.2m forward as a sunshade, creating a covered transition deck for sandy feet.
Interior surfaces are entirely non-porous: polished concrete flooring with radiant cooling, marine vinyl upholstery, and aluminum cabinetry. The 20㎡ layout centers on a U-shaped banquette that converts to daybed configuration. A concealed wet bar includes refrigeration and fresh water sink with UV sterilization.
The structural shell uses 316 marine-grade stainless steel fasteners and aluminum-zinc coated steel framing. Exterior cladding is high-density polyethylene (HDPE) lumber in driftwood gray or weathered teak tones—zero maintenance, zero rot, zero fading.
