The Team Meeting Capsule solves the universal office shortage: not desks, but rooms. The 15–20㎡ modular cell accommodates 4 seated participants in boardroom configuration, or 8 in presentation layout with standing room. The rectilinear form factor allows side-by-side clustering for larger sessions, or vertical stacking where land is constrained.
Acoustic performance matches executive boardroom standards: STC 50 walls, acoustic ceiling baffles, and carpeted flooring absorb speech frequencies. A glass entry wall with privacy film maintains visual connection to corridors while shielding screen content. The HVAC system delivers 6 air changes per hour—double the office standard—to prevent CO₂ buildup during extended sessions.
AV integration is production-ready: ceiling-mounted 4K camera with auto-framing, dual directional microphones with echo cancellation, and a 65″ display wall. Wireless casting supports laptop, tablet, and phone screens. A compact credenza houses mini-fridge, coffee station, and cable management.
The modular table system reconfigures in minutes: rectangular boardroom, U-shape workshop, or classroom rows. Power and data pop up from the floor box at each seat position. LED pendant lighting adjusts from 4000K task illumination to 2700K presentation dimming.
