The Box Office Pod addresses the universal demand for quiet, independent workspace without construction permits or lease commitments. The 18–30㎡ rectilinear layout is free of curved walls or wasted corners—every surface is usable. Configurations range from solo executive suites to 6-person team rooms with collaborative bench seating.
Acoustic performance is paramount: walls achieve STC 45–50 through layered gypsum, mineral wool, and decoupled framing, while the sealed glass frontage uses acoustic laminated panes. A ductless mini-split system maintains comfort independently of host building HVAC schedules. The floor is raised 15cm to accommodate power, data, and ventilation beneath the work surface.
Connectivity arrives production-ready: CAT6 data ports, dual-band Wi-Fi conduit, and optional fiber termination panel. The interior finish palette includes whiteboard walls, pin-up surfaces, and adjustable LED task lighting (3000K–5000K). Exterior options include privacy tinting, external blinds, or living green walls.
Furniture packages are available: sit-stand desks, ergonomic task chairs, storage pedestals, and meeting tables. The unit sits on adjustable steel piers or concrete footings—no foundation excavation required in most jurisdictions.
