The Box Studio Pod delivers independent living within a 20–25㎡ rectilinear footprint. The layout is ruthlessly efficient: a queen bed zone with underbed storage and bedside niches; a 3㎡ wet bath with rainfall shower, wall-hung toilet, and vanity basin; and a 2-meter kitchenette with induction cooktop, undercounter fridge, microwave, and sink.
The sleeping area features a Murphy bed option to free floor space for daytime use, or a fixed platform bed with integrated drawers. A wardrobe cabinet and overhead shelving provide 4+ cubic meters of clothing and personal storage. The wet bath uses a single-slope floor with linear drain and full-surround waterproofing, ventilated by a humidity-sensing exhaust fan.
The kitchenette is genuinely functional—not a toy kitchen. The 600mm induction cooktop, 120L refrigerator, and deep stainless sink support daily meal preparation. A pull-out dining surface doubles as a desk, creating a live-work option.
Climate control is a high-efficiency mini-split. Electrical service is 50A, with tankless water heating for endless hot showers. The unit connects to municipal sewer or accepts a macerating pump system for sites without gravity drainage.
Exterior cladding and window placement can be customized for site orientation and privacy requirements. The flat roof accepts optional solar panels or green roof systems.
